15.10.2025, Hapimag welcomes Elena Jasvoin as new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Executive Committee, effective 20 October 2025. This transition also marks the return to a structure with a single CEO at the helm.
Hapimag AG, a leading provider of holiday apartments throughout Europe, has appointed Elena Jasvoin as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Jasvoin will take up the position on 20 October 2025, and will also be a member of the Executive Committee in her role.
Elena Jasvoin has more than 20 years of experience in various senior finance roles. In her recent position, she was Group CFO and member of the Executive Board of Zühlke Group (Switzerland), where she was responsible for finance and risk management as well as legal and compliance (2022 to 2023). Before joining Zühlke, Elena Jasvoin worked for Ringier Axel Springer Media AG (Switzerland) for six years as Group CFO and member of the Executive Board. Prior to that, she held various management positions in finance for the Zeppelin Group (Germany), most recently as CFO and Managing Director of one of the business units with the location in Switzerland.
Elena Jasvoin studied international economics at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation in Moscow (Russia). In 2009, she earned an MBA from California State University Hayward (USA) and in 2014 an Executive MBA from IMD International Business School in Lausanne (Switzerland). Elena Jasvoin also completed the LEAD Executive Development Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business (USA) in 2021 and the ACCA programme from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (United Kingdom) in 2006.
Hapimag once again with a CEO at the helm
On 1 October 2025, Hassan Kadbi will again take over the sole CEO position at Hapimag AG. He previously held this position from 2016 to 2022, before the co-CEO model was established in 2023. The new structure paves the way for further growth and sets the course for the next phase of the company's transformation, which began in 2017.
