October 15, 2026, Schlieren (Zurich), Switzerland, October 15, 2026 – Kuros Biosciences (“Kuros” or the “Company”) a leader in next generation bone healing technologies, today announced its financial performance for the first nine months of 2026.

Financial Highlights

Total Medical Device sales increased by 40% to USD 141.8 million in the first nine months of 2026, compared with USD 101.1 million in the same period of 2025. Total Group EBITDA rose by 81% to USD 13.5 million, up from USD 7.4 million a year earlier. Operational & Clinical Highlights

Kuros expanded its manufacturing footprint with the start of commercial MagnetOs bone graft production at its new facility in Alpharetta, Georgia, in October 2026. Together with the existing site in Bilthoven, the Netherlands, this gives the company dual-site manufacturing capacity, including production in its largest market, strengthening both capacity and supply-chain resilience. At the same time, Kuros made further progress in its Level I clinical trials. PROOF reached 97% enrollment, while PRECISE surpassed the halfway mark at 55%, advancing both posterolateral fusion studies. ASTRA reached 18% enrollment in hindfoot and ankle fusion, further extending prospective clinical evidence across spine and extremity applications.

Outlook

Reflecting the continued strength of the business, the Group raises its full-year guidance and now expects sales growth of 36% to 40% and an adjusted EBITDA margin of more than 14.5%

Chris Fair, Chief Executive Officer of Kuros Biosciences, said “Our strong performance through the first nine months of 2026 reflects continued revenue growth, record adjusted EBITDA, increasing profitability and a cash position ahead of plan. I am particularly proud that we have activated our second production facility in Alpharetta, Georgia, on time and on budget. We are encouraged with the pace of enrollment in our three prospective Level I clinical trials across spine and extremities. We are pleased to raise our full-year 2026 guidance for revenue growth and adjusted EBITDA, even after these substantial investments.”
