Cooperation between PostFinance and Valiant ValFinance AG

In September 2009, PostFinance and Valiant announced that they would join forces in the lending business. Just two months later they launched the first loans for Swiss SMEs. Now, another milestone in their cooperation has been achieved: ValFinance AG, the joint loan management company of the two financial institutions, has been entered in the Commercial Register. The partners will group their loan competencies in ValFinance AG and evaluate, process and monitor new loans. ValFinance AG, which is wholly owned by PostFinance and Valiant, is due to commence operations in mid-2010.
