October 01, 2026, YVERDON-LES-BAINS, Switzerland – Leclanché SA (SIX: LECN) (“Leclanché” or the “Company“) one of the world‘s leading energy storage companies, announces a further delay in the publication of its 2025 Annual Report and that it could not publish the 2025 Annual Report by 30 September 2026.

On 10th September 2026, the Issuers Committee of SIX Exchange Regulation granted the Company a final extension of the temporary exemption from the publication of the 2025 Annual Report until 30 September 2026. As the Company is currently unable to demonstrate that it is a going concern, at least until June 2027, it was unable to finalize and publish its 2025 Annual Report by the prescribed deadline. The publication of the 2025 Annual Report is therefore further delayed.

The Company has informed SIX Exchange Regulation that it was unable to publish its 2025 Annual Report within the extended deadline. The Company continues to pursue short-term funding solutions to support the Group’s going-concern requirements and is in active discussions with customers that have indicated a willingness to provide further support, as well as with strategic partners and potential investors.

The Company’s customer order book remains strong and has grown in recent months. While Leclanché maintains a positive long-term outlook, it continues to face significant short-term financing, cash and production-capacity constraints. The Company is working closely with partners to address its funding needs.

The Company will inform the market on further steps related to its listing at SIX Swiss Exchange.
