May 16, 2011, The listed investment company MOUNTAIN SUPER ANGEL AG (ISIN: CH0033050961, Ticker: 4MS, www.super-angel.ch) has successfully completed its capital increase for cash contributions with subscription rights totalling 34,400,625 bearer shares (no-par shares) with a very high participation of the shareholders.
On the basis of a subscription price of CHF 0.16 per new share, the gross inflow of funds into the company exceeds CHF 5.5 million. Trading of the new shares under the existing ISIN CH0033050961 is scheduled for June 2011.
