September 24, 2007, Kardex Group, the leading global provider of dynamic storage and retrieval systems, is acquiring Leader Systèmes SA (www.leadersystemes.com) from the company's founder effective 21 September 2007. Leader Systèmes SA is domiciled in Le Mesnil-le-Roi near Paris.
Operating on the dynamic storage systems market, Leader Systèmes SA is also sole distributor of Megamat (part of the KRM division) products in France.
The integration of Leader Systèmes SA underscores Kardex Group's continuing focus on successful international activities with logistics products with the two divisions KRM and Stow and, in particular, considerably strengthens the distribution network in France.
