December 21, 2011, Based on the latest evaluation, the Interroll Group is expecting a slight increase of net sales in local currency for the year 2011. The increase is expected to register a low two-digit figure. In the consolidated currency, net sales are expected to slightly decrease, year on year, to a figure in the approximate range of CHF265m to CHF270m. The company estimates net profit will exceed the previous year's value by approx. 20-25% (2010: CHF14.4m).
Change in the Group's Management Team
Mr. Christian Hähni, Head of Corporate IT of the Interroll Group, will resign from the Group's Management Team as of 30th June 2012 and take on a new challenge in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. We thank Mr. Hähni for his excellent contribution to the advancement of the IT within our Group over the past five years.
