January 09, 2009, Wetzikon. The Elma Group acquires as of January 1, 2009 the US company ACT/Technico, Warminster, Pennsylvania. Besides integration of Embedded Systems, the company also offers its own product line of storage accessories.
This acquisition enhances Elma’s offerings in the upper level of System Integration. This is a further step in the Elma Group strategy to offer its customers the full range of Electronic Packaging from components to fully integrated systems. As “Solution Partner” Elma will be offering its customers a more advanced systems integration level and thus provide additional services in shortening ‘time-to-market’.
